My concern is two-fold. Worldpetstore readily accepts payment for products they advertise, but they (1) do not deliver the ordered product as promised, and (2) they do not respond to email requests regarding the shipment of the item.

I have sent several emails requesting specific info regarding the order... no replies have been sent.
I called the 800 number on their website... no answer.
I called the local number, also listed on the website... no answer, only voicemail.

Does anyone have specific information regarding this business? Please share it with me.
