Do not purchase from this website, www.alihello.com! It is a fraudulant website! I placed an order and cannot cancel it. No one will return an email.
Products are not authentic. I have contacted UGG directly to report that this company as using their name on cheap rip off products. They did confirm the products they are selling are not authentic.
Further action will be taken to remove there site off the web. Please do not purchase from this website!

alihello.com has been shut down. They have changed their web address and are now at www.shop.alihello.com.
Same rip off site...do not buy from them!! My credit card has still not been credited the amount charged. Charge will come through as a machine shop in China.
Please save yourself the hassle and do not purchase from this site.

I was finally contacted by someone from this website. They did verify the product is shipping from China. The email was in extremely broken English. After several emails, they did agree to refund my credit card. I will be waiting to make sure my card is credited. Per UGG this is not an authorized dealer. UGG also warned not to buy from any site other then the list UGG can provide over the phone. I still would be very leery of purchasing from them.
