i ordered 3 products from the site douwant2play.com in early nov. 2009 started emailing the site after a month for my order status they said itll be there in week never came i kept emailing them week after week and dint get my shipment until late jan. 2010 and when i got it there was only 1 out of the 3 i ordered and it was the cheapest of them they said they were out of stock and refunded me my money well i still havnt got my refund i emailed her and she took a day to answer like always and said how do yu want it i said back to my card and still nothing its like playing tag and getting nowhere dont order from this site

There were 2 back ordered items and we sent notice of this as we'll as delay caused by system problems. In the internet business it is an ongoing issue with system issues. We offered refund from the start of order and Customer decided to wait for items.
This is the nice email we got from Customer..
i still havnt got my refund its been almost 3months until i got part of my shipment and now you dont even refund me im so f**kin pissed right now and if you cant see why then you shouldnt be in this business please refund my money with a check or something 3 months is very long for a small order and simple refund
