Moneybookers is a company that other companies use to make payments through. You order something online and the company sends you to moneybookers. Moneybookers charges your account for that company. Then the company does not give you what you ordered. When you try to get your money back you have to go through a run around between money bookers and the company who you ordered from and end up never getting your money back.
