After placing your funds into their account, you will not get them out.

Hello,
The reporter has opened an account on the 13th of March,2016 and in the very same day he deposited and his account was frozen, he tried to call us, but Sunday does not count as a business day, we not work on Sunday.
Instead of waiting for a reply a day after, he reported a complaint on our company.
Following your complaints:
The phone was not available as Sunday is not a business day, we do not work on Sunday.
Also, your account is frozen now because you need to verify your account, once you send all the necessary copies, you can start trading.
We are a regulated company, and therefore we need to verify the accounts of our traders, for their own security, we need to insure that the used deposit method is matching your identity.
At last, in order to withdraw, you first need to be verified, and only then you can send us a request and we submit the withdrawal.
