*Consumer Suggestion: We were very happy when we heard the presentation and bought same day.
I purchased two (2) sets of three websites, which they were going to assist me in putting the set up within the year.
It never happened. I was just told that I needed to get some extra money and purchase some additional services.
But my credit was bad. having gone thru a BANKRUPTCY, a FORECLOSURE, and possibly a divorce.

I thought this was a legitimate company and probably sensed something was wrong when I was shifted over to PMI., then nothing.

To Robert of Oxnard, CA and other California residents, a suit was filed in California, see San Mateo County, and a judgment filed against StoresOnline requiring them to reimburse customers. Check also with the California Better Business Bureau. Their activities violate door-to-door sales laws.
Other victims should see their respective state consumer protection agencies and lodge a complaint based on violation of door-to-door sales laws or violation of business opportunity laws. Some states have no business opportunity laws. States finding against StoresOnline for violation of business opportunity laws include Washington and Maine.
Unfortunately the federal door-to-door law covers "consumer" door-to-door transactions and may not cover these "business to business" transactions. Maybe complaints to Congress about these kinds of business scams might change federal law or prompt the FTC to look into this.

1st is we would not pay full price and asked for discount twice and both times we receive 10% off. The third time we were given additional material and lines at no cost.
Always ask for discount.
2nd when we heard of Stores On Line here, we cancelled right away and reported to card company same day. They try to say "No Refund" and "No Cooling Off Period", even though they provide you with that information at sale. The way they are getting around that is that if it is sold "Business to Business" there is no "Cooling Period". I did not have a business license at time of sale, SO I HAVE "COOLING PERIOD".
They also had the "Show" on State of California owned property. That is the most likely reason they have not been back in CA since.
They still call and we just respond that it was cancelled the next day. They hang up real quick.
