WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE ENGRAVERS IS YOU CAN'T WERE THEM OUT. i HAVE A 9X12 FOR OVER 20 YEARS, WITH NO PROBLEMS AND STILL USE IT EVERY DAY. I BOUGHT A USED GIFT ENGRAVER 5 YEARS AGO, THEY EVEN TRANSFIERD THE REST OF THE WARRENTY AT NO CHARGE i DID NOT EVEN KNOW IT HAD ONE. i BY THE PHONE CALL SERVICE CONTRACT EVERY YEAR JUST IN CASE.

i AM NOW LOOKING FOR A USED LASOR ENGRAVER THAT SOMEONE HATES BECAUSE I AM SURE IT'S THE OPERATOR NOT THE MACHINE
