this company appeared on my credit report claiming that i owe $135.00 for some thing but i don't have any idea of what it is i never got any notificacion on ano kind of papers in relation to this company.

I also have a $100 dollar fine that shows up on my credit report out the blue. It was from a parking violation with the City of Dallas (Texas) from several years ago. Apparently my address had changed and they couldn't contact me. So they gave the debt to Xerox which put it on my credit. This is really BS. I called Dallas and they just sent me a picture of my car parked at a meter. I told them I had recieved no notification and they didn't care. Xerox was also no help. Now companies and debt collection agencies are putting everything on the credit. I've stopped even caring about the credit. The credit bureaus have too much power and they are allowed this power by our Government. If Americans got out of debt and stopped engaging in the Credit markets the financial markets would crash. This country is so dependent on debt that it allows the Credit bureaus to play God with people's lives and they often look the other way when phony debt is filed against you.
Now Library fines and everything else is being placed on the credit. EVERYTHING.
