Per instructions, I submitted XG AC-Modkit Mail-In Rebate Offers #11049 and #11050 submitted on or around 9/23/07. They were $15 each, and without the rebates the product cost much more than its retail value. Although all required documents were included with my submission, I received no rebates. According to the rebate terms, process time will be 12 weeks after the promotion period ended. The promotion period ended on 11/10/2007. Multiple emails to XG Box and Buy.com resulted in excuses, lies, etc.
