This is a scam just like I read same thing and the smae people I spoke to, Joe, /sheena and the other one wouldnt give her name. they call say 1005 customer satisfactio not true, try it cancel in 15 no more billing they bill your credit card and will not refund money and hang up on you when you confront them Terrible company SCAM
