Joseph Hiram Licea Jr is the scam artist. Not YP Marketing. Joe is a contracted representative for Blind and Shutters Factory Denvver and in September he came to my house to take measurements and I gave him a check for $2800.00 as a deposit to place the order.He cashed my check that same day. Weeks later he  installed shutters that he had left over from another job (or stole?) for my daughter, who paid him in cash. After a few weeks I attempted calling him and after 2 strange people answered, one claiming he was arrested and the other saying he went to vegas, his phone was finally disconnected. I called Blind and Shutters Factory who told me that he never placed an order and there was nothing they could do?? I signed an order form from their company and trusted that the rep that they contracted with was legit. In Colorado he claims to have a company called Blind ad Shutter Factory Denver. I checked and it is an LLC registered with the state but the business address is a delapedated, vacant building.  After a few interenet searches I found this:

Hired this Joseph Licea to put blinds in my home. He came out with books, business cards and I gave him a $1475.00 deposit. He cashed the check the same day, and I have not heard from him since. His phone is disconnected!

Whats ridiculous is that this guy had the audacity to post rip off reports about legitimate businesses and people. I know Sabine Taal's husband (I was his private banker) and I know that what he is saying below in a seperate report is absolute garbage! 

Here is another report this scam artist posted:  I was contracted by The Shade Store to install drapes in one of their customers homes ( Sabine Taal ) and invoiced The Shade Store after work was performed and was never paid!!!I called once a week for a month and kept getting the runaround for a measly $250.00 and after a month I new that I would never get paid!

I was approached by a representative of YP Marketing of Greenwood Vllage, CO on September 2. 2015 to sign up for a package for $800.00 a month to get leads through YP. I agreed to sign up with the rep Robert Serna and he told me that no money would be debited from my account until he notified me that the site went live. Well Low and Behold I check my bank account the next day and see that $800.00 waas debited from my account, what a SNAKE. I called him furious and told him that if my money wasn't put back in my account immediately that I would call the police and report him and his company for THEFT and FRAUD!!!!! He said that the money would be refunded within 24 hours and just to wait 1 more day, so I did.

The next day the money was still not refunded. So I talked to his manager Sharon Miller and she was able to put me in touch with the Finance Manager Adam Washington who was able to instantly refund my account!!! I told Robert Serna to cancel my contract and to never call me again!!! Now on September 15, 2015 I check my account again to see that YP has debited my account for $960.00 WTF!!!!! I am so Pissed off and want to go postal!!!! I call the office to explain what they did and they said that I have to through the contract cancellation process and make a claim to get a refund!!!

I went to the Lion's Den (The Office where they Deceive People from their Money) and talked to Robert Serna's Supervisor Michael Casinelli. Well now I know where Robert Serna learned his tactics, this guy tried to upsell me and offer me a month for Free to stay with YP. I told him that I want my Money Back and to quit trying to sell me. He then told me that it would take 2 weeks to get my money Back!!!  WTF!!!!! These people are CROOKS, SNAKES, LIARS, and will do whatever they can to SCREW YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY!!!!! I have reported YP to the ATTORNEY GENERAL, BBB, THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, ALL OF THE LOCAL NEWS STATIONS, ETC. Stay clear from YELLOW PAGES unless you want to get ROBBED!!!!

These people have put me through hell to deal with this by having to close my bank account, take time off of work to go to their office and all of the Stress!!!
