Your cannabis biz, fairway enterprises Rip off!! Redway California

 Yes this company is a bunch of crooks. I ordered and paid for oils. Had me drop cash at their account TD bank account. (Fairway). And they literally stole my money. Also happened to a friend of mine. There are several authorities investigating them because they are committing fraud and breaking the law on so many fronts. There website is down now so maybe they are in jail. One of the guys who is emailing disgusting and taunting comments about keeping my money and never sending a refund is a guy named Dave. His email is dggrander@aol.com. You can email him here and see where you get. He’s a bad guy and should be arrested. They are stealing money from cancer patients.

If you complain against Dave Roberts, and he knows who you are, he will turn your site off, even if you have it paid for. So that could be the reason they are hesitant to give that info out. However, many other former 'investors' re: victims HAVE put their sites out there. And we know what happened to them.

I purchased the franchise in November of 2014. I found them on franchise.com. The site is still operational, however I have not been able to get a hold of Dave Roberts for over a year. The last check I received from Fairway Enterprises was over a year ago and I have an outstading balance. If I had a chance to do it over again, I wouldn't. He will call you non stop until you deposit money into his account, then you'll be lucky if you hear from him again. t's not a scam it may be hard at times to get in touch with shipping but they gave me the tracking number. I tracked it myself it was a usps issue not your cannabis packages do get sent out very fast as advertised.

I find it laughable you make these claims and cannot prove you are a client otherwise you would.

ALL our clients get paid and we have HUNDREDS of testimonials to prove it.  You cannot prove you have never been paid or owed money as you are not a client.

This is very simple.

What is your web site address and how much money are you owed?

IF you are not a FRAUD post you will have no problem proving it now will you?

We also have numerous emails and voicemail messages of screwballs contacting us in order to slander our business which cannot prove what they say.

I want to thank you as this type of garbage legitimizes our business even more as people see through this type of nonsense.

Like i said yall don't answer the phone nor have I recieved a payment from my sales & yall don't offer any marketing support & I never said that yall products was fake yall business is bad that's what I said so correct your business & Handle it like a company suppose to be ran now address that & fix that problem I don't care about the thousands of customers u have I bet you have thousands of complaints fix the problem & yes I have proof u will find out shortly through my attorney.

 The company ships slow takes at least 10 days to ship by then your costumers begin to think its a scam and when u try contacting them no answer there's no office front just a couple of crooks who uses their cellphone they will call you everyday until they get your money after that you can't get them on the phone and yes they do give you your own site your own domain and honestly people really don't trust things like this and by a lot of states legalizing marijauna it's hard to convince people to use this site. So honestly even tho I have my own marketing strategy it's hard for ppl to just click on my site.

I was just thinking about investing in this site, but had concerns myself.  I can tell you are frustrated over something, but I am hoping you can still answer some unbiased questions so I can decide what makes sense for my family.  How long ago did you sign up with them?

Did they make the site for you as promised?

Are you getting paid the commission you should be getting paid?

Do the products get shipped?

I ask theae questions because my plan was to promote the business myself and rely more on myself than their advertising.  It sounds like your claims are valid and would frustrate me too Though.  The support they say they will offer could make a difference in the value of your business... I am just trying to understand a little more about how much of a ripoff it is, whether it's a complete scam or if its a legit business that has not followed through with marketing promises.
