They tell you that there is a lifetime warranty replacement when you purchase it but you find out later that you have to pay 3.99 for shipping plus they charge your credit card until they receive the old screen in the mail. If it gets lost in the mail or they claim they didnt receive it you're stuck with the full purchase price and shipping charges. For ten bucks I got two screens from the Verizon store I bought the phone from-one screen alone from Zagg cost 17.99 so the headache of returning it to Zagg isnt even worth it.
