Zagg shields have a lifetime warranty. I requested a new shield from their website and received the wrong item entirely. They sent me a back cover instead of a screen cover. I notified them by email of the mistake and returned the item.

A couple months went by and I heard nothing. Today I received an email stating that they never received their screen back in the mail and that my card has been charged the full price of $18.99. I'm very unhappy and am hoping to get my information removed from their database to prevent anymore unauthorized charges.
