This company claims to have lists of foreclosing homes and claims they will for $200 do searches for liens, taxes, etc. on the properties you are interested in. They claim to have a 7 day refund policy but by the time 7 days goes by you will not know that they will never send you info on these homes. I have never received any info on lists of homes i have sent them.

They refuse to give refunds and BBB has given them an "F" for fraudulence.

I am so angry that visa/mastercard contieus to allow us to be scamed by the criminals at zingow.com I have done a unauthorized charge notci on my card and plan on pressing charges
