Beware of this guy and his company. I am owning an HR consulting firm and once he asked me to send my business proposal for Recruiting services for his IT/Software company which is in the name of 3 Steps Ahead Technology - www.3sat.co.in. I forwarded him a soft-copy and hard-copy of my business proposal
This guy never contacted me again and after a few days I found he started an HR consultancy firm and website by the name of 3SAT Consultancy - www.3sc.co.in and I found he copied my entire proposal and website content in his website in the About Us page.
If you don't believe, you can check his about us page and my website's about us page - (((link redacted)))
To again verify, that who has written the content earlier, check the domain name ownership dates on whois.
