Could this be the SAME Rob Billing who is now selling backyard bred English bulldogs in Woodlands?  If it is, someone please let me know so that I can attach these two files together for future reference.

This rebuttal was obviously posted by Rob himself, one of the several clues being that random friends wouldn't know about his supposed medical diagnosis, especially since it is a lie. This claim was verified by his ex-wife as being false. If that were the case, or if, for any reason, he believed that the child was not his, then why wouldn't he simply take the paternity test to disprove the whole thing and lay it to rest forever? Furthermore, if I needed the money that badly, or were obsessed, then I would be actively pursuing child support, contacting his relatives and current wife, and following various other leads to pin him down. As slick as he thinks he is, he has not escaped this situation by one inch, and he shouldn't think for a second that this will just go away, because I can move forward at any time with the multitude of information that I have and ruin his life. I have chosen to allow this man out of our lives for the peace and wellbeing of myself and my daughter. This post is not about that. This is a business matter, and my victim report is strictly for the purpose of protecting others from his scams. Funny how Tracy never really responded to those issues. The reports have been filed with the Montgomery County Sheriff's Department and the Texas Department of Insurance if anyone cares to follow up on them. The most recent of his many DBAs show him to still be conducting business in this town, and again, based on my reliable sources, I do know him to be here. Please beware of this heartless and selfish con man.

I am a friend of Steph H. and my name is Tracy. Steph is a wonderful therapist, mother and honest person of integrity. The person who logged in trying to defend himself and posing as me, obviously is not. The only person I can think of that would do such a thing is "Rob Billing".

My advise to anyone in a business dealing with Rob Billing is to keep your money out of his hands. This is the important issue trying to be made here. No one cares about him personally. We are trying to keep other people from making the same mistakes we have made. Because he will, if given the chance, steal your money.

I have known the person who filed this report, Stephanie H, for many years and I have also known Rob Billing and here is the truth: Stephanie has been addicted to various drugs for many many years, has been working periodically as a so-called "massage therapist", and has been trying to find a way out of her pathetic wasted life. Stephanie met Rob at a social function and became obsessed. Rob is a great guy, but he only sees and expects the good in people and was not ready for the kind of user that Steph is. The claim that Rob got her pregnant is absolutely ridiculous since he was diagnosed as being unable to have children many years before. The pregnancy is an obvious attempt to extort mon ey from an innocent and successful man. I have been Stephanie's friend for a long time and I am sadened that after all that she has done to this poor guy she now tries to ruin his reputation by posting this report. It is a disgusting misuse of a wonderful website to further her baseless agenda. I am thankful that Rob no longer lives in the Woodlands so he doesnt have to put up with her childish nonsense. In my opinion everyone should stay away from Stephanie H because she is a train wreck looking for someone to pay for a child she had with one of her drug buddies.
