Robert C Billing, Rob Billing This guy is a ripoff! The Woodlands Texas

This guy ripped off one of my friends and attempted to use the other ones insurance license. He pretended to like her kids and told her he was a financial advisor. She gave him access to her kids CD's which he cashed and never spoke to her again. This isn't the first time he has done this. He has an arrest record. He also got another friend pregnant and has disappeared. She now has the kid. He has never paid child support.
