Well its tough being the number one webcam model agency on the internet. We constantly have to deal with not only models that are angry that they did not get hired, but our competitors malicious lies that are completely inaccurate and quite frankly unsubstantiated. We have no record of this model ever filling out an application, and if we did , and she refused to follow up with her age verification, her information, pictures and anything else she sent us are removed from our system in just a few short days. We are incorporated in the State of California under Lighthouse Media Group, LLC, we carry a valid business license, and we host our website, email and all our information in secure data center in downtown Sacramento, CA. We are the number one hiring agency for webcam models on the web. Do a google search for "webcam models wanted" or "webcam models" and you will see we are #1 on Google and not in the paid sponsored listings, which by the way anyone can be on just by paying Google. We have been established for years, and have premium Ads on both (((link redacted))) and (((link redacted)))and hire upwards of 50 models per week. This so-called model (we doubt she is nothing more than one of our competitors) apparently has a lot of time on her hands, so maybe she should get out of the unemployment line and back to work doing something more productive before her next trip to California involves appearing in front of a judge in a slander lawsuit.

I was contacted by Lighthouse Media Productions via email about hiring me for webcam job on 10/6/08 and I received an email that I was accepted. They also state the following on their FAQ page:

'Fill out our model signup form and submit two pictures and we can have you working in 48 hours or less! '

I contacted them on 10/10/08 and spoke to a lady who told me that they are working on it and my account asap. Then I contacted them again on 10/15/08 and was told that the person that is in charge of model assistance was away and that they would take my message and that she will contact me soon. I still haven't heard from them.

Lighhouse Media does not follow the 2257 guidelines. All legitimate companies have this listed at the bottom of the web page. This company also requested my social security number via email "if possible". This company rebuttal will not make any sense, they will come up with ludicrous reasons to try and cover up their scam.

Lighthouse Media Productions provides the opportunity for a model to fill out an application for a webcam model position. We require certain criteria for hiring any model. We verify information sent to us and do what's called a preapproval. If there is any discrepancy in the ID information or photos, or the model is not cooperating with us for additonal information and photos, or at that point we feel she is truly not a "good fit" for our webcam sites (defined as our ability to make her a good income) then we cease the hiring process and notify the model. We follow all 2257 laws in which we must have the ID information for verification of the model being 18 years of age or older. We must have this information on file, even if we do not hire the model, as we often receive nude photos, and are required by law to have the ID information available to law enforcement at all times.
