there is a guy out there named Ken Wright who is ripping people off and taking their hard earned money. I met him a couple of years ago at a Business Opportunity show. He was peddling "Tailgater Toby" food truck franchises. I bought a truck and a teritory from him for $97,000 for my now ex-wife. In his contract there was a 90 day recision period which I exercised. (hence the ex-wife scenerio). He promised to give me back my money, but it has been over 2 years of lies and promises. I gave him back the food truck, but not the title. He went to the company that made the truck and got a new title and sold my food truck for $45,000 to another sucker like me. He gave me back $25,000 and gave me 2 checks for $10,000 each which were NSF. He refuses to pay me. He is still out there selling the franchises to unsuspecting people making big promises. He needs to be stopped before he screws more people out of their life savings. He lives in Charington, IA. His business is registered in Kansas City, Mo. The man is a thief, a con artist and a cowardly p*****.

This rebuttal is in regards to the first complaint made by the individual in Tampa that has stated his dispute is resolved. I have spoke with him and Ken Wright has paid him a sum of money to retract that dispute with the promise of paying him additional monies owed to him in July in exchange for retracting and clearing his name on this report.
I have now contacted 9 other individuals in 9 other states who Ken Wright has done the same thing to as he did with this person in Tampa. I think it is great that he was able to get Ken to pay him some of his money back just through this site, but unfortunately there are 8 other people including myself that are out thousands and maybe more I do not even know about. The rest of us will probably never see our money but I will use social media, the legal system, the IRS and the State and Federal attorneys office to try and stop this man.
