Pandora Entertainment Webcam Modeling Terrible These guys are a really clueless about webcam modeling. I made $27.00 the first week and $19.00 the second week working 20 hours a week. I would be making more money working in China. This was the first comapny I signed up for and I guess anything would be better than working for them. If your happy making $1 an hour than this is the comapny for you! Internet

Thanks for your feedback about Pandora Entertainment. I'm Jordan Keith, the owner. I really am sorry you had a bad experience working with us. 

As you can probably imagine we hire a lot of models. We hire them based on whether or not we think they have a reasonable chance at being successful. Which we define as making $25/hr or more on average. Sometimes we hire people knowing that it'll take some work to get them to that stage, because we like giving people a chance. 

However, the only material we ever have to base this decision on are a few pictures that the model submits during the application process. These vary greatly in their accuracy and quality so our team doesn't always have good information to go on. In these cases we tend to lean towards the side of yes/give them a chance just in case we happen to make some money from them. 

Of course as the nature of webcam modeling is that the job is 100% commission based and relies entirely on the performance of the model there are always situations where, for whatever reason, we guessed wrong and the model is just a dud. 

We're always trying to get better at avoiding this, but I'm afraid some # of models failing will always happen. 

That being said, I'm wondering if this is a factual claim against us or just a smeer campaign by another site. I went through our recent stats to see what model would fit the bill of having those earnings over 2 weeks and quitting and I couldn't find any. We've also never employed anyone with that first name. It could have happened, situations like this happen routinely in our business and the view that this particular individual took isn't uncommon at all. I'd probably think the exact same thing. 

The fact of the matter is we do have a lot of models that regularly make between $50 and $100 per hour. We have even more that make $25-$50 per hour. We have some that make $15-25 per hour. And then below that we have models who, if we had better foresight, shouldn't have been hired in the first place. Our company is very open, all of our models are welcome to meet each other and discuss how much money they make, that's completely a decision for models we don't post anyone's specific information without their consent.
