The information provided in this report below is based on comments made by Rudy Kusuma during an onsite inspection held by a third-party verification company with no biases towards RE/MAX Titanium.

RE/MAX TITANIUM is a franchise realty company under Team Nuvision. Their business model creates a team of real estate experts that guide homebuyers through every step of the process. Rudy Kusuma further explained their team environment, "compared to the traditional real estate agents model, each agent is a solo model. The way our team works, we have our customer service department and our marketing department. The marketing department is making sure we are bringing the buyers in. The customer service department is checking the buyers and is ensuring they are qualified buyers. We have our outside sales agent who actually meets with the client, so the client feels that our agents spend 100% of their time servicing the client. Whereas, the traditional real estate broker who is always prospecting for the next deal. That is the difference between our team and the traditional Real estate broker."

Leads for RE/MAX TITANIUM are primarily obtained through advertisements on local radio, and zillow.com. In reference to the sales and services process, Mr. Kusuma expressed that they work with two different types of people: buyers and sellers. RE/MAX TITANIUM offers their buyers access to homes that include bank foreclosures, short sales, new homes, new construction, as well as homes that are not listed online. He went on to state, "for our buyers, if they are not happy with their home purchase, we can either buy it back or sell it for free. The average home in the area is $600,000.00. That is a lot of savings and some peace of mind just in case they buy a home, the home looks good, but then you realize the neighbor is crazy. We want to be the Nordstrom of Real Estate. If you buy a home from us and you aren’t happy we will buy it back or sell it for free no questions asked, just like if you buy shoes from Nordstrom’s they will buy them back from you." For people wishing to sell their home RE/MAX TITANIUM has the unique advantage of offering their sellers a database of over 23,000 people waiting to purchase through their program. Mr. Kusuma further stated, "There is a problem in real estate, that agents have no accountability. The agents keep on promising the buyers or sellers everything. The moment the client hires the agent, there is no risk on the agent’s side. If the client’s close escrow then the agent makes money. If the client’s transaction goes south or doesn’t sell, there is no real accountability from the agent. We reverse the risk when people do business with us. I don’t want the clients to take the risk when they do business with us. If we cannot perform, I want us to be penalized. This is why we have a performance guarantee."





CUSTOMER CARE & COMPLAINT RESOLUTION – RE/MAX TITANIUM – TEAM NUVISION

During the on-site interview, Mr. Kusuma was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. Mr. Kusuma expressed that their most common complaint arises when, "one of my partners showed up, and the personality didn’t fit. The customer called me, I talked to that person, and a different partner showed up and we were able to sell the home. We can verify this is a real client. I have pictures. Not only did we sell their home, they bought another home with us. If it’s a personality issue, we have 8 customer service managers, we change the person."

When asked to comment on complaints posted on Ripoff Report's website Mr. Kusuma stated the following, "if you read it says, the client is not happy with the listing on Zillow, and my name is always there. This person thinks that my team and Zillow are not connected. My team and Zillow have nothing to do with each other. It lists me, Zillow, my team, and Re/Max. If you read it, it is saying that I pay Zillow to advertise. That’s how Zillow works. All real estate agents on Zillow pay to advertise on Zillow. If they aren’t happy with that, they can complain to Zillow. They aren’t happy with the relationship between Real Estate Agents and Zillow in general and somehow, I get singled out." They additionally believe that other reports were filed by an ex-employee. This post was written by a broker of merchant cash advances who lost a deal that was funded by Flash Advance because of our competitive rates and superior customer service. We have several marketing campaigns and often bump up against competitors in the industry who are working with the same clients and businesses.

*** UDATE December 11, 2017 the author of this Report has contacted Ripoff Report insisting the Report was false and should not have been posted, that she named the wrong people.


My husband and I found a home on Zillow in San Gabriel.  We called thinking Rudy Kusuma is the listing agent.  Instead who showed up to open the door was his partner.  I forgot his name.  That is not important.  He opened the door and we looked through the home.  At the end of the tour we sat down and he asked my husband and I what we thought.  We really liked the home.  And he pulled out a 3 ring binder and showed us something called a vip program or buyer vip program or guaranteed program or something to that effect.  We are educated college grads and he is showing us slides and talking to us as if we are stupid.  


My husband and I own 6 investment properties so we are not new to real estate.  The agent talked about guarantees, value and certificates and on and on.  At this point this agent already loss our business.  The more he talked the more we just sat silent.  And where we really got furious is when the agent said our only out of pocket cost for their services is $895.00?  We have worked with a lot of big name real estate offices and their agents never charged us a service fee.  


We told him we will think it over and give him a call the next day.  Later in the day when we got home, we did some research and we find out Rudy Kusuma nor anyone from his office is the listing agent for that home in San Gabriel!  No relation at all to the home listed on Zillow.  Trulia shows the same, but we also find out that Zillow owns Trulia?


Zillow, Rudy Kusuma, Remax, Remax Titanium, and Team Nuvision  is defrauding people.  He probably pays a lot of money to Zillow to advertiste as the premier agent.  Zillow is scamming people too, tricking customers for advertisement money.  There are plenty of posts online warning people to beware of doing business with Rudy Kusuma and his agents, there are dozens of lawsuits filed against him and his agents ripping off sellers and buyers.  We should have googled him and his company first.  Do your research!
