As a Christmas gift, we ordered a pair of Merrell Men's Moab 2 GoreTex hiking boots, but the Chinese company sent a pair of Knock-offs, not Merrells, instead. I've tried to return them for a refund through their company site, but they've given me the runaround, claiming the order number is incorrect. I've asked for a refund many times, but they're not responding with any meaningful information.
