I took my young children to get pictures taken. The photographer/owner (Greg Charles) of GJC Loft is a scammer! I paid him in full and he did not provide my prints. I wrote a google review based on true facts about my experience and he said it's harassment and has blocked me from reaching him. He has not reached out to me to apologize or try to make things right. He is rude and unprofessional. He tells lies after lies! Not sure what a grown man wants with my children's pictures. He told me he's been in business for 10 years and if I am dissatisfied doesn't matter to him. It's ashame that he took advantage of me and my family. Please use caution and don't let it happen to you!
