Contacted Jason King @ Jagg Tree & Landscape for quote of triming some trees on my property. Asked him to come out and give a quote. He did, and then contacted me with a price that was roughly triple what I had received from other businesses. I was polite and said I would check two other quotes and contact him back.
I then received threatening text messages and voice calls that said "F You and your father for wasting my time!"
Extremely unprofessional. Then he tried to lie about his name and business name. Did some research and found out he has no insurance or workmans comp. Searched him on brunswick municipal court and found he has numerous criminal charges including menacing, stalking, improper use of illegal firearms in a vehicle, obstructing justice, criminal damaging, resisting arrest, and a bible of other charges.

I have filed a report with the attorney general, better business bureau, and my police department. Avoid this guy and his criminal shady business at ALL costs!

Meet Jayson David Kacz. The guy who has the audacity to go online pointing out criminal records, when his happens to be much "MUCH" worse. Ask yourself, what kind of man DOES THAT?? If he didn't take out half of that text conversation before posting, you would have seen this. Jayson David Kacz has "TWO" Aggravated Robbery charges along with a "BIBLE" of other prosecuted criminal charges.
I drove to his house 3 times to give a job quote, only to be stood up every time. I never gave him a price of any kind, so his price allegations are a complete lie. I researched him and IMMEDIATELY found MANY MANY negative things, including other victims of his online scams. Jayson Kacz has a "COMMUNITY" of folks that he has done similar things to and here is my proof. I have included his Mug Shot and links to his other victims along with his "BIBLE" of Criminal Charges. They are truly interesting reads because you can't help but wonder how one guy can accumulate so much hate!
It's a shame I have to come to such an obscure website, that holds an F rating with the BBB to explain myself against such an obvious tyrant, but hey, we all know you can believe everything you read on the internet...
I have dozens of loyal close customers that support me and the future success of my fully insured business, so I will be just fine regardless of this defamation/slander of my personal character.
