IWC Oil and Refinery ordered and paid for the rental of rail cars from Kevin Hoot, owner of Elite Hoot Holdings, LLC. $140,000 was wired to Kevin Hoot for first and last months rental of the rail cars. Kevin Hoot never SENT the rail cars. Kevin Hoot has stopped answering phone calls and emails concerning the rail cars. A demand letter has been send to Kevin Hoot. A lawsuit is now being pursued against Kevin Hoot of Elite Hoot Holdings.
