Lighttrends Order was delayed 3 months after fully charged and was incompletely shipped. After 5 months of trying, there was no response to my incomplete lamp post with 3 light bulbs. Darien CT

This order was place on July 18, 2021 and it was fully charged. The product did not get shipped until end of October and the order was incomplete. There was no information on the packing slip that I can call back for incomplete parts. I filed claims many times with Lighttrends, heard nothing back except working on it and finally required RMA.
I yet heard back in email only a question about my order number. Then, it went back to all silence after many unresponsed emails. Now 5 months have past, I only have a lamp post standing in my room with 3 light bulbs. There is nothing to connect to the shade. The manufacturer is House of Troy.
