Motel 6 Hollywood I checked into the hotel as a walk-in. I was told that a $150.00 deposit would be charged on my card, and returned if the room was alright when I left Hollywood California

I checked into the hotel and was advised a $150.00 deposit would be charged on my card, on top of room charges and taxes. I was told that the deposit would be returned to me within 48 hours of check out, depending on whether the room was left in good condition when I left. I never received my deposit back. I tried contacting the hotel and cannot get through to anyone.
