I wanted to send orchids to my mom for Mother's Day. Put in an order on 5/1 for 5/8 delivery. Item never shipped and my mom received nothing for Mother's Day. Messaged their FB page and person was rude. Emailed their support and sales and no response. I asked to cancel order with no response. I am trying to get a refund to get my money back but not feeling hopeful. Will try contacting my credit card company to file complaint.
