2 cartons of cigarettes I purchased (paid for by e-check) were help up in customs. The company said they notified there us exchange agent Gfc Financial to refund the amount. Gfc does not return calls however the responsibility remains with Cig4U and they refuse to refund. They owe me $77.56 ince 2/20 and despite numerous calls and emails, they refuse to issue refund and claim it is on GFC.
