After contracting 18k of renovations of a condominium I own they botched the premade cabinet installation. Failed to complete appliances, refused to correct errors. Walked off with over $3200 of credit balances. Fought with RE agent overseeing the work. Invented work claims of plumbing and electrical not in evidence.

Rosalie Vasquez and "Jay" Diaz are the dubious principals. Rosalie has recent bankruptcy claims overlapping the contract. They are grifters.
