Could never use tracking number and the got tx from Global logistics saying i owe 300 to have package. tried to contact Wayne Matlock and was blocked Sacramento california

Bought shocks for 300 dollars was shipped thru Global Logistics. Could never get tracking number to work and then contacted Wayne Matlock and was blocked on email and facebook. Then recieved tx from supposable Global saying if I didnt pay 300 dollars I wouldnt recieve package. Tried phone and email to Wayne and nothing.
