Xcuse provides video streaming services for a monthly fee. The Xcuse platform is shakey, video has a tendence to buffer, I brought this to their attention the reply "its a problem on your side". Then they started to double bill my monthly fee, I had to contact my CC company to get a refund, Xcuse never replied to my e-mails on the matter.

They appear to be a bunch of rookies with a poor accountingl department or they are just trying to scam innocent people. Stay away from this streaming service.
