Unscrupulous, unethical business who tries to charge customer additional fee for obscure reasons after purchase is done online. 

Sending furnitures out after receiving cancellation to avoid losses or opportunities to sell, but refuse and avoid contact from customers for refund/return issues.

The website doesn’t even have return policy nor it is ada compliant. If you are selling the products in California, you better abide the law here as well!!

1 Stop Bedrooms I ordered a bed in May 2022. I kept getting placed on backorder. After 3 1/2 months i asked for a refund and they said no refund after 180 days. after 6 mos they wer not able to deliver my be so again asaked for refund they said no refund. I was told only way to use credit was to by something new.
