11charter communications They said I had there services in 2016, my husband died in 2013 and I've been living with my brother in law and sister everything has been in there name including my cell phone till 2017 when I bought my car and paid for it in cash and put it in my name. Before 2013 everything was in my husband's name all the way back to 2006 when I lived in Kentucky. Jacksonville Florida
