1rate.com deducted $49.95 and $19.95 out of our business account on 10/05/05. We didn't authorize this, nor do we know who they are. We have never talked to them or had any correspondence with them. When I attempted to access their web site, the site is not available. The phone numbers I found are all disconnected or not in service.
