Scam phone calls are not "Bait and Switch"

LOL, how is a scam phone call considered "Bait and switch"? Do you even know what "Bait and Switch" actually means?
I saw some comments on that number and yes, it seems to be a scam or some company going after folks that had payday loans at some point. Have you ever had a "Payday loan" anywhere?
Anyone serving you legal papers will do so in person, that sort of thing is never handled over the phone. Over the phone tactics like this are considered "Extortion" not "Bait and Switch".
Just block their number and hang up.
