Paid for a rebuilt 4L80E transmission on 4 oct 2020 as of 18 feb 2021 I have not received a transmission or a refund. I contacted A Transmissions buy phone and email and was told different reasons for the delay. On 15, Jan 2021 I spoke with customer service on the phone and requested a refund and they sent me a conformation of that call and refund request to my email.

I called and talked to Kevin on Mon, 1 Feb 2021 and he told me he would get a trans. shipped by the end of the week.

As of 18 Feb 2021 no transmission or refund. I have been trying to call for 4 days and no answer.
