Leigh Bitz 5 months ago- Movers DRAGGED a heavy stand alone freezer unit on my new tile floors, gouging and scratching the tiles. They said they would send someone to fix it, I emailed them repeatedly, they ignored me. They however sent a nasty email months after the move, demanding payment, after we had already filled out the paperwork to charge the credit card. We didn't realize the company was so incompetent that they lost the paperwork! My floors will never be the same. Very unprofessional company.

For over 40 years, A-1 Moving and Storage has provided excellent service, professionalism and customer care.
We are sorry that you feel that you had a bad move in March of 2014 and that you feel your floors were damaged during the move. Because it was not mentioned until 6 months after the move, we were not able to help you.
The email we sent after 180 days for collection, was professionally and courteously written so again, we are sorry that you felt it was nasty. We do apologize that our server went out during your time of business with us and we have since fixed this issue so that it should not happen again.
We put our customers first and see them as part of the A-1 family.
