Jim Vincent, AB66Tix/Local Choices Ripoff Artist Chicago Illinois

I need to find out if this is the same Jim Vincent that took $5,000 of my money for his new project.  The stories that I have read sounds just like the person who I have encountered.  I am wondering if someone could contact me to let me know.  I would like to expose this person for his new scam that he is running. 

I've only worked with him for a few weeks, an the experience was utterly ridiculous. In the morning he would randomly have unprofessional arguments with fellow co-workers. The language that he use is not appropriate for an office. He consistently leaves everyday around the same time for a few hours and returns to the office intoxicated. (That's when he really gets angry). This is only the personality part of him that is bad. the business side is worst. I found out that he has changed the name of his company many of times. WHY? Because he never produces an income. He receives investment money, once it's gone no one gets paid. Then everyone quits or get fired. After that he comes up with a new name and start all over again with new people. I have been doing alot of research on him and I have found nothing but negative articles online. Finally, somebody has come forward with some great information and NEWS! Legal action is being taken against them! GOOD! Everybody becomes their victim. Jim Vincent has just pulled a scam on another set of ex employees working for him. Firing them, giving them their last paychecks which has NSF's in the account. He also followed the same "MO" as he has in the past sending out legal "bogus" forms stating we have harassed him and his SCAM COMPANY "Local Choices - AB66 Broadcasting" When the only thing we were doing was trying to get our final checks. He is still working with the same person he worked with in Florida which is David Capreal and he is still not only scamming investors out of their money but but potential clients as well.

Legal action is now being taken against him. But Please anyone that comes across his path or sees an ad hiring at LOCAL CHOICES, please disregard it and keep looking. Not only is he a career criminal but also a liar with no integrity. Here is his info.

Local choices US, INC. and AB66 Brodcasting, INC. were not parties to this transaction, nor any officers of the company were part of this transaction but are assisting to resolve this matter. I'll keep you posted on how the payback of the loan is going.

Local Choices is making good on the debt that Mr. Jim Vincent and AB66 Tix has with me. Since my original posting, they have been in contact and have been taking the proper steps to rectify the problem. It appears they are doing the right thing and I look forward to the resolution of this issue. I will continue to update to show they are following through with their promise to pay me back.

All of the investors should file a report on this site and ask for their money to be returned. Jim Vincent is a liar and a thief. He owes you money and if you have a contract during the investment you made with him, he should pay you. All investors should stop investing. Total-Vision is the company that has a contract with them and have no clue who this person is and how he is scamming business and investors out of there money.

If you want to warn people and other companies, inform Total-Vision. total-vision.com, ask for Denny Kaiser, # 251-967-1783; Local Choices and David Capreol signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement on July 19, 2007. David Capreol is the so called Technology Director and has signed the bank agreements with LaSalle Bank as the sole person that disburses payments and checks. Also, I would post an ad on Craigslist and you will have some repsonses and another ad in the media newspapers along with the 3 remaining investors.
