On May 17, 2006, I ordered two neckties from this online site that cost me $75. I have spoken with the guy twice and received atleast 3 emails from him and everytime he tells me that he will ship the ties out that week. This has been going on for atleast 5 weeks. He will never provide a tracking number. Sometimes, his toll free number answering machine will give you a recording that the mail box is full. He has a million excuses.
