My name is Ruben. I worked for Fail safe solutions and Adam Tannenbaum. I worked there for several months; however I only received 1 Paycheck. I tried my best to create order from the chaos and havoc that adam Tannenbaum created in running the company. All my attempts at organization were thwarted by Adam Tannenbaum, and he ignored my phone calls and emails and stopped paying me my salary. I had no choice but to leave. I am still waiting to be paid my salary.

In regard to my 7/7/07 posting about Adam Tannenbaum and Failsafe Solutions, I am clarifying that I am not Reuben Levine who was the former CEO of the company. I have concluded that my statements in my 7/6/07 posting were inaccurate and I am retracting my statements. I do not have any issues with Mr. Tannenbaum and Fail Safe Solutions. I apologize to Adam Tannenbaum and Fail Safe for any damage my statements may have caused.

This is Reuben Levine and I DID NOT write this. I know who did and it was one particular investor who invested in this business blindly and now has buyer's remorse. It is this same investor who asked me to sign company documents that he claims to have never received AFTER I OFFICIALLY RESIGNED.
It is true that I left Fail Safe Solutions very soon after my hire, and I have never made a public statement as to why, who's to blame and the nature of my agreement with the Company. I find this statement to be an illegal impersonation to which I am contemplating a legal action.
To JH, who wrote this. Please don't drag me into this stupidity. I did everything within my power to inform you of the risks you were getting yourself into, and created a layer of seniority to your investment so that you were first in line if there ever were to be an unhappy ending. I suggest you find ways to use your time more productively.
