Order was placed online. Credit card charged the next day..No response to what appears to be a great online order tracking system and a phone number with an "I'm sorry the phone mailbox is full, please try again."

#3 UPDATE Employee
Our Applogies

Our website has been doing business on the internet since 1998, As the internet grows so does problems with email, virus, mail server attacks...
Reasons for the customers that did not receive their order product was in result of an attack of our website and company, obviously by a disatisfied customer or competitor.
We are continuously fighting email bombing, flooding of our email ordering systems, continous receipt of email viruses, spam faxes. Being so some of the cutomer's order information gets lost or corrupted in our internal data bases, because of these attacks. All customers that did not received their product(s) I can assure you received a full refund via their credit card company.
We would gladly refund any customers that does nto receive products ordered. However when do not have the order information or payment information, We have to allow credit card companies to process refunds.
Thank You

I posted this under "Affordable Labels" complaint also. I called the post office in Georgia where they have the box, and was referred to the Post Office fraud division. You can obtain their information online. They will send a complaint package for you to complete. Please take the time to do it. My daughter did!

many people taken in by this non existant business

Search of the web shows many people taken in by this non existant business. We need a few hundred thousand people jamming up their automated e mail order tracking server, and maybe jamming up the primary server. I only got bit for 10 bucks but it's the principle...Also, does it seem a lot of these crooks are located in Georgia?
