Purchased a new air around the clock unit. They installed it. Within a year we had (3) floods from the new a.c. Unit. 3rd flood the air around the clock tech admitted they screwed up. We can not go into more detail because lawsuit filed (Broward County case #20-14741).
We can say that even though we paid a yearly fee for service contract, air around the clock is unresponsive and rude. Especially, SUSAN RUBO, customer service manager. After all the B.S. and headaches from a.o.c. We had another company come out and straightened out issues. Do not trust Air Around The Clock. RIPOFF! RIPOFF! RIPOFF!!!
