I've dealt with Alan Cassell on many occassions and have been amazed at his lack of ethics and concern for anyone other than himself, he will stab you in the back the first opportunity he gets and promise you he'll make it up on the next one. Well bend over because the next one you will have asked for it!! He represents himself as a great guy and working for a non profit, well the profit is in his pocket any way he can put it there. He was also paid outside of closing on several deals and stiffed people that should have been paid.

This reporting is fraudulent and written by someone that had no relationship, agreement, nor business with me or my organization. It is unfortunate that this website does not offer someone the benefit of clearing these false allegations. What's even funnier, is the style of this account as it reads of an ignorrant, drunken rant.

Alan Cassell does outstanding work and consistently demonstrates a high level of integrity. I have known Alan for three years and he has continued to impress me with his work ethic, integrity, and attention to detail. I was surprised that someone would write otherwise and surprised that the negative report would still be up after a year.
Alan has generously donated his talent and expertise to the Heartland Sustainable Housing Division of the Heartland Coalition which has received many rewards and accolades for its community service. I and everyone I know who really knows Alan, holds Alan in the highest possible regard.
