Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Alex charged me a few hundred dollars to market my property for a cell tower and guess what? No cell tower. After talking with some of the major tower companies, it turns out this is a scam. Imagine how many property owners he is tricking into paying him money and he just laughs his way to the bank.
My cousin got contacted right after this by a Big Picture Properties, LLC, which is also a scam. They wanted to tie up his land and only pay him a zoning bonus if they built. Until they he gets zero dollars. Do business with credible individuals and companies. Don’t pay these guys or waste your time here.

First and foremost, you come on here anonymously without contacting the company, even though you state you are a client.
Secondly, if you truly are a client... you signed a consulting agreement with us. You should probably forward this to your attorney for their review.
We investigated through your IP address and found out who you are. We just forwarded a copy of this and all of your file information to our attorney.
You've retained our company to market your property to all carriers and tower companies. It is well documented across several platforms that we've done so. This has never been a guaranteed process, it's just an opportunity to get your property in front of our industry contacts.
Your cousin's issues with Big Picture Properties, LLC isn't even relevant to our company. Regardless, what you are describing is an option period and it's industry standard.
So again, I don't know how you got scammed but because you felt free to slander my company and myself personally, we will pursue all legal avenues. It's a shame that in today's day and age... because you didn't get the outcome that you felt you deserved, that you can go online and bash a person and make up lies.
