These two are the worst agents in AllState. They discriminated against my cousin who is a woman and said they will not help her with anything at all, even though she was the one insured with AllState and has all the right coverages.

They are not paying any of her repair charges because of straight discrimination. They said she's a woman and will not pay? They are doing unfair claim practice and is saying she's a bi*ch on a recorded line! I can't believe they disrespected her like that.

Francisco Nguyen and Zachary (Zach) Golin are two unprofessional males going against her. Please report and make a complaint on them.
