We have Allworx phone systems. Recently, we have some problems with Allworx phone systems. Allworx wont give you any support. They ask you to call the person (local company) who installed the Allworx phone systems. So, first you have to pay for the any kind of support. And, if they are busy, you have to wait. If you are not satisfied with the person who installed the Allworx phone systems, you cannot get another support. You have to stick with the same company which Allworx assigned to you. Allworx care about who are helping them selling their box but does not care about who is using their phone box. TRUST ME - do not get Allworx phone systems. You will regret it.

I am an Allworx dealer with a full staff of Allworx trained technicians. Allworx does not sell directly to the public nor provide tech services. That is handled by its over 700 independant dealers nationally. Much like Cisco, who will also direct you to the original Cisco dealer.
If you've had bad luck with your Allworx dealer, then it's the dealer that should be lambasted, not Allworx. You need to find a knowledgeable and reliable local Allworx dealer to work with - and pay them, as nothing in this life is free and just because you once bought an Allworx system from someone does not mean that you are entiteled to free tech support from anyone. Tech support costs money - techs like myself do not just magically appear.
If your doctor ripped you off, you wouldnt be complaining to the Medical societies. You'd be cursing that doctor and simply looking for another one that can adequatly help you.
