Amazooka / Amazooka.com Scam! Stealing an existing product, Breaking the Amazon terms of service Internet

Hi All,

Just wanted to clarify this complaint. Amazooka does not violate ANY of Amazon's Terms of Service. Never has. Never will. And we've NEVER "ripped off" any other software.

There are a lot of Amazon Seller Tools on the market, and we're all different, but essentially trying to do the same thing:
Help Amazon Sellers Sell More, Rank Better, and Encourage more Reviews without breaking Amazon's Terms of Service. 

So maybe that's why the user filing the complaint was confused?

How is Amazooka Different? Let me count the ways.
We offer an industry leading Auto-Responder, integrated Dashboard that can link ALL your Amazon Seller Accounts in one place, Keyword and Product Tracking, and the ability to easily access your customer and order information. We believe that this combination of features makes us unique and really different from other software.

Does Amazooka Promise 5-Star Reviews? NO!

No. Absolutely Not. No where on our site have we ever said we Promise/Guarantee/Sell 5-Star Reviews (or any other types of reviews for that matter). Out Auto-Responder is completely within Amazon's Terms of Service (Amazon even offers it's own ugly/clunky version on Seller Central) and it's transparent and consumer friendly.

What we do offer are tips and techniques to increase the conversion rate of your organic sales into organic reviews.

UPDATE: Since this complaint was filed in August a LOT of sites have been shut down and sued for SELLING reviews. We've never sold a review. We've never been at risk. And we haven't changed a thing we do.

Interesting. I have used both of these services and don't find them the same at all.

What they both do is help customers understand how to be competitive on Amazon—which has been very useful.

I'd check them both out and make a decision for yourself.
