Alvaro Manuel Cervera Al Cervera Al Cervera took money for a VW bus that he was fabricating for me and did not deliver. He stole $32,000 and did not deliver the vehicle. He will string you along getting money from people and then disappear into Mexico. He has a place just outside of Mexico City.
